A piercing shot that stays useful at any range. The usual Water starter move. Fires at the nearest enemy. Extra levels add shots and pierce.

Water Gun level-up ladder

  1. Level 2: +1 projectile
  2. Level 3: +45% damage
  3. Level 4: −25% cooldown
  4. Level 5: +1 projectile and +1 pierce

At level 5, Water Gun evolves into Scald (Escaldar) if you have taken Power at least once in that run. The gold card is always offered when both conditions are true. The evolution grants ×1.8 damage, +2 projectiles, +2 pierce, and a larger shot.

Can every Pokémon learn Water Gun?

Only Pokémon that have the Water type are offered Water Gun. Dual types get both of their pools.
