BST 470. These bars are the in-game combat stats, scaled against the highest value in the current roster.
Xatu is fast and light (118 speed, 99 HP). In a PokéSurvivor run that means kiting: keep a projectile, beam, or boomerang in the active slot and do not stand in melee unless you have a defensive item.
The run starts with Confusion (Confusión in the game). A homing wave. Psyduck and Slowpoke start with it. Its damage was tuned down so it would not dominate runs.Later cards can offer any move of Psychic / Flying plus every Normal move.

Incoming damage uses this softened chart. Two types multiply, then the result is clamped between ×0.30 and ×2.40. A yellow damage number in-game means the hit is above ×1.05.
No. Xatu joins the collection from the Johto gacha, or as a wild shiny if you defeat one.
Xatu is Psychic / Flying. Attack type follows the move, not the Pokémon, so a Normal move such as Tackle still deals Normal damage.
Yes. A wild Xatu is shiny at 1/4096, and a gacha copy is shiny at 1/100. Defeating the wild shiny adds it to the collection.
No. Xatu can appear in waves. If its BST sits in a boss band, it can also be one of the five timed bosses.
