Zygarde does not spawn in normal waves. It waits in a distortion rift, in an arena based on one of its types (Dragon / Ground). Clear the rift and you keep a ×10 ticket reward. Lose, or let the two minutes run out, and you return with 30% HP and no payout.

Zygarde is Dragon / Ground. Attack type follows the move, not the Pokémon, so a Normal move such as Tackle still deals Normal damage.
Yes. A wild Zygarde is shiny at 1/4096, and a gacha copy is shiny at 1/100. Defeating the wild shiny adds it to the collection.
