Tapu Fini does not spawn in normal waves. It waits in a distortion rift, in an arena based on one of its types (Water / Fairy). Clear the rift and you keep a ×10 ticket reward. Lose, or let the two minutes run out, and you return with 30% HP and no payout.
The run starts with Water Gun (Pistola Agua in the game). A piercing shot that stays useful at any range. The usual Water starter move.Later cards can offer any move of Water / Fairy plus every Normal move.
